Step 1:   Log in to the PayPal website

Step 5:  When prompted by the PayPal system, enter your contact information and a password. Use your email address so you can retrieve it when you forget your password.

• The password must be at least 8 characters long. Keep this information in a safe place so you don't forget it (although you can forget it if you forget the password).

step 6:    If prompted, answer "Security Question."

Step 7:   Enjoy your new PayPal account. 

You may receive an email from PayPal asking you to activate your account. If this happens, open your email from PayPal and click on "Activate". This will activate your account and open your PayPal account in a new window.
